"It is SO HARD to find yuzu where I live, this has been a lifesaver in my iced teas and margaritas. It’s definitely a puree as advertised - the texture is somewhere between a syrup and a jelly - but if you dissolve some in a little warm water before adding it to whatever you’re adding it to then it’s really a non-issue. Or just stir a lot. The extra effort is worth it!"

Love the flavor, just wish it mixed better in cold liquids

"I absolutely love the flavor of this yuzu syrup, however, I found it difficult to mix in sparkling waters and cold liquids. It’s takes quite a bit of syrup to get the strong yuzu flavor. The puree has a thick consistency which I was not expecting"

Sensational Tasting All-Natural Lemonades

"I've loved Monin syrups for a long time and decided to try the purees in an attempt to replicate the lemonades at Lucille's BBQ restaurants. I bought the Yuzu puree and the strawberry puree, put them both together with some soda water and - wow are they delicious! The Yuzu tastes like Cactus Cooler but without the HFCS and artificial garbage! I didn't think I could love anything more than the Strawberry Rose syrup but, this is FANTASTIC!"
