What changes?
Toggle answerWhile the core functionality remains the same, we’ve updated our website with a fresh, modern look and feel to better align with our Monin branding. You can expect a better shopping experience with smoother navigation, a more efficient checkout process, and a mobile-friendly design for seamless browsing across devices.

How can I reset my password?
Toggle answerAll users with an existing account will need to reset their password or create an account in order to log into the new website.
1. Start by navigating to the home page.
2. Click on the account icon located in the top right corner of the page.
3. A drop-down login window will appear in the top right corner. Click on the “Forgot password?” link.
4. You’ll be prompted to enter your email address to receive a link that will reset your password. Type in the email address associated with your account and submit it.
5. Check your email for a password reset link. Make sure to also check your spam folder, as the password reset email may end up in there. Click on the link in theemail and follow the instructions to create a new password.
6. Once you’ve set your new password, you’re all set to log in to your account!
If you don't receive your password reset email (Create Account):
1. Click on the Account Icon in the top right and click on "Create Account"
2. Click on "Create Account"
3. Enter First Name, Last Name
4. Define if you are a Home User/Business
5. Enter same email that you used for your Monin account
6. Enter your password
7. Click on "Create Account"
8. You will receive an email to confirm / activate your account
8. Click on the link and you will be redirected to your account page
Will my account information be affected by the update?
Toggle answerYour account information will remain safe and unchanged. The only update required is a password reset for enhanced security. You'll be prompted to do this the first time you log into the new site.
Do I need to update my payment information?
Toggle answerThere's no need to update your existing payment information unless you'd like to take advantage of our new payment options which include Shop Pay, Pay Pal, Venmo, and Amazon Pay. Your current payment details will continue to be accepted.
What is Shop pay?
Toggle answerShop Pay is a new, secure payment option that allows you to save your payment details for faster checkout and access to exclusive offers. It also provides an easy way to track your orders and manage your payments. Learn more at Shop Pay Help.
Will my order history be affected by the website update?
Toggle answerNo, your order history will not be affected by the website update. Your order history will remain intact and accessible on the new site, so you can continue to review and manage your past purchases without any issues. Your order history can be found in your account dashboard.
How can I update my personal information such as my address or email?
Toggle answerTo update your personal information, simply log in to your account and go to the “Account Dashboard” section. From there, you can easily update your address, email, and other details.
Will prices or shipping policies change?
Toggle answerNo, they will not change. Prices and shipping policies will remain the same.
Will my current coupons or discount codes still be valid?
Toggle answerYes, all your existing coupons and discount codes will remain valid and can be used as usual. Just apply them at checkout, and they will be honored on the new site.
