Our North American operations in Clearwater, Florida, and Sparks, Nevada, are home to a team of over 200 employees who drive innovation, develop new flavours, and support operations across Canada, the U.S., South America, and the Caribbean.
Since 2015, we’ve proudly partnered with C.W. Shasky, our exclusive Canadian importer and fellow family-owned business based in Ontario. This collaboration allows us to combine our French heritage with local expertise, delivering reliable service and exceptional beverage and culinary solutions to our Canadian customers.

Monin Canada Innovation Studio
In 2024, Shasky opened a state-of-the-art Monin Innovation Studio at their Oakville, Ontario headquarters, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation for Monin's Canadian customers and partners. That year Shasky also hosted the finals of the Canada Monin Cup, a competition showcasing the creativity and skill of Canada's top bartenders.
