Shipping and Return Policy
For all orders placed on monin.ca:
- *Free Ground Shipping Available To Most Locations, Geographic And Proximity Restrictions Do Apply.
- Qualifying orders of $120 or more will be given the option to select ‘free shipping’ at checkout.
- If Monin determines that an address does not qualify for free shipping, that will be reflected as such in the cart at checkout. Monin reserves the right to make this decision based on shipping costs and proximity to our shipping distribution center located in eastern Canada. Alternate methods of shipping will be presented to the customer at the time of checkout but will NOT include free shipping.
- ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT: This gives each customer the opportunity to change their mind should a shipping charge not be acceptable to them.
Please note that valid shipping charges will not be refunded once an order has shipped. - We reserve the right to modify shipping offer rules and regulations or to discontinue shipping offers at any time without notice.

- You must provide a physical street address to qualify for shipping. If a valid address is not provided, your order is subject to cancellation.
- Most orders will ship via FedEX or Canada Post.
- Orders with a PO Box or orders that contain pumps only may ship via Smart Post.
- All orders placed on this site are for domestic delivery only. No export documentation will be provided.
How soon will you ship my order?
- In most cases, ground orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends). See details below.**
Packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. - **If, for some reason, a product ordered becomes unavailable before shipment is processed, the customer will be notified and given the options to (1) Cancel the item (2) Swap for another available product (3) Wait until inventory is replenished.
Please Note: There may be a delay in shipment for any order affected by low or out-of-stock inventory items.
Return Policy
Listed below are the terms and conditions set by MONIN, Inc. regarding the return of product purchased on the internet at monin.ca:
Returns
Monin, Inc. (via BEANWISE) will accept the return of purchases under the following conditions:
- All returns are subject to 15% restocking feebased on original purchase price.
- A request to return product must be submitted via email tosupport@monin.ca, including the order number, customer name, and products/quantities being returned.
- All returns requests must be initiatedwithin 2 weeksof purchase.
- Returns will not be issued due to a customer’s taste preference/dislike.
- After the return request is approved via email, the customer is responsible for returning the items to our fulfilment center in Canada.
- The returned product may not be not open, broken, damaged or expired. (Any product arriving as such will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. It is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product to ensure product arrives intact.)
- Product reimbursement is subject to condition of return. All products being returned must be in full-unopened condition.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. The customer may select his or her own shipping carrier, as shipping charges will be their responsibility. The returns should be sent to the following address:

- A credit (minus the restocking fee) will only be issued after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected by our warehouse manager and is in good resalable condition. We cannot issue credit for open, broken, damaged or expired product.
Credits
- All returns are subject to 15% restocking feebased on original purchase price.
- If a credit will be issued for a returned product, that will happen after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected by Monin’s warehouse manager.
- If the returned product is deemed to be in good, resalable condition, a credit will be applied within 24-48 hours.
- Credits will not be issued due to a customer’s taste preference/dislike.

Cancellation
- Orders submitted on the internet at monin.ca may only be canceled if the order has not yet been shipped from the Monin distribution center located in Canada. Any order that has already shipped is not eligible for cancellation.
- There may be a delay between when an order has shipped and when a customer receives shipping confirmation. Please send all cancellation requests via email to support@monin.ca to confirm whether or not the order is eligible for cancellation.
