Sauvignon Yuzu Gastrique

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup sauvignon blanc wine
  • 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Monin Yuzu Purée

Instructions

      In a sauce pan over medium heat add wine, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and reduce to 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and add Monin® Yuzu Purée.
