Ingrédients
- 1 cup sauvignon blanc wine
- 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup white sugar sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Monin Yuzu Purée

In a sauce pan over medium heat add wine, vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and reduce to 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and add Monin® Yuzu Purée.
