"We buy Monin syrups to make Italian sodas (2 tbsp syrup + ice + sparkling water). If you have other uses for the syrups, this review may not apply. Peach Italian soda is okay. It's not likely nobody could stomach it, but nobody really loved it, either. It doesn't pop with flavor like some other flavors, and the sweetness is a touch on the cloying side.
