Cherry Balsamic Glaze

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Monin Cherry Syrup

Instructions

      1. In a saucepan over medium heat combine the sugar, vinegar, and water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
      2. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce.
      3. Remove pan from burner and cool at room temperature, about 90 minutes.
      4. Whisk in the syrup until desired consistency is reached.
      5. Use immediately or cover tightly and store in refrigerator.

      *If refrigerating, allow the glaze to return to room temperature before using.
