Blueberry Glazed Bacon

Ingrédients

  • 12 slices thick cut bacon
  • 1 cup Blueberry Purée

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
      2. Lay the bacon on a sheet tray covered with parchment paper.
      3. Cook the bacon until is a 3/4 of the way done, about 12 minutes.
      4. Remove the bacon from the oven and baste it with the blueberry puree liberally.
      5. Place the bacon back in the oven and finish cooking, about 5 minutes.
      6. Remove the bacon when it has finished cooking and baste once more with the blueberry puree. Serve immediately.
