Toasted Coconut Ice Cream

Ingrédients

  • 1-pint heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pinch salt​

Taille du verre: 1 quart​.

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together until the granulated sugar has dissolved.
      2. Pour the mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
      3. Once frozen, place the mixture into a container, cover tightly, and place in the freezer until thoroughly frozen, at least 2 hours.
