Pecan Pie
Ingrédients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Monin Black Sugar Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz pecans
- 1 (9-inch) prepared raw pie shell

Taille du verre: 1 (9-inch) pie.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the first 6 ingredients until well combined.
- Add in the pecans and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie shell.
- Bake the pie on the prepared sheet pan in the oven for 1 hour, or until the center is firm when lightly pressed.
- Remove from oven and allow to completely cool before serving (about 4 hours)
