Peach Overnight Oats

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 6 pumps Monin Peach Concentrated Flavor
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup old - fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia or flax seeds

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl whisk together the Greek yogurt, oat milk, peach concentrated flavor, honey and cinnamon until well combined.
      2. Stir in the oats and chia (or flax) seeds and make sure they are fully submerged in the yogurt mixture.
      3. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, or until the oats have softened to the desired consistency.
