Honey Dijon Ice Cream

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1-pint heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Monin Honey Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

      1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
      2. Pour mixture into the bowl of an ice cream machine and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
      3. Transfer the ice cream to a container, cover in plastic wrap, and freeze for 3 hours before serving.
