Cinnamon Bun Spread

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups Cinnamon Bun Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Instructions

      1. In a saucepan on medium-low heat, bring the syrup and vinegar up to a boil and cook until the mixture reaches 234°F.
      2. Once the mixture reaches its target temperature, pour the mixture into the bowl of a stand mixer with a wire whisk attachment and mix until it becomes thick and creamy.
      3. Allow mixture to cool then serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature.
