Chocolate Coffee Pound Cake

Ingrédients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease a large bread pan with cooking spray.
      2. In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with a paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs in one at a time and then add the buttermilk and concentrate.
      3. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl then slowly add them to the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
      4. Add the batter to the greased baking dish and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
      5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or tightly wrap in plastic wrap once cooled and store at room temperature.
