"Unfortunately, this syrup did not do it for me. There is a bit of an odd aftertaste, and it reminds me of those yellow butterscotch hard candies more than it does brown butter. I felt that it lacked some of the nuttiness that brown butter has and was artificial-tasting. It is not terrible, but I do wish I had tried out a different flavor."

"Got a mini of this included in the autumn flavor sampler pack. By far the worst I've tried so far. Every other flavor in the pack was great, which is why this is so disappointing. Love most Monin syrups I've tried, but I don't recommend this one!"
