S'mores Pie

Ingrédients

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
      2. In a saucepot, combine milk, chocolate sauce, flour, egg yolks, and sugar and cook over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the custard thickens to the consistency of pudding, about 10 minutes.
      3. Pour the custard into the graham cracker crust and decorate the top with the mini marshmallows.
      4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Remove from the oven and place in the fridge until completely chilled, about 3 hours.
      5. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and store in the fridge.
