Hot Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup Hot Honey Syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

      1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
      2. Once boiling, bring down to a simmer and let reduce by 1/3 (about 5 minutes).
      3. Allow mixture to cool.
      4. Preheat fryer oil to 375° F.
      5. Cut desired amount of Brussels sprouts in half and fry until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes).
      6. Drain Brussels sprouts thoroughly before tossing with the hot honey glaze in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
      7. Optionally serve with crispy bacon for garnish.
