Hot Honey Glazed Bacon

Ingrédients

  • 12 bacon slices
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hot Honey Syrup
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 375° F
      2. Lay the bacon on a sheet tray covered with parchment paper.
      3. Cook the bacon until it is 3/4 of the way done, about 12 minutes.
      4. While the bacon cooks, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
      5. Remove the bacon from the oven and baste it with the syrup mixture liberally.
      6. Place the bacon back in the oven and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
      7. Remove the bacon from the oven and baste with the syrup mixture one more time and continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes.
      8. Remove the bacon when it has finished cooking and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
