Dark Chocolate Pound Cake
Ingrédients
- 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
- 2 cups white sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Sauce
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a large bread pan with cooking spray.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the buttermilk and dark chocolate sauce.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then slowly add them to the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
- Add the batter to the greased baking dish and place in the oven for 50–60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or, once cooled, tightly wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
