Dark Chocolate Pound Cake

Ingrédients

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a large bread pan with cooking spray.
      2. In the bowl of a stand mixer equipped with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then add the buttermilk and dark chocolate sauce.
      3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then slowly add them to the wet ingredients until just incorporated.
      4. Add the batter to the greased baking dish and place in the oven for 50–60 minutes.
      5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve immediately or, once cooled, tightly wrap in plastic wrap and store at room temperature.
