Bacon, Pear & Raspberry Grilled Cheese
Ingrédients
- 4 slices sturdy - whole grain or multi - grain bread
- 4 tablespoons Monin Raspberry Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced ripe pear (substitute with Granny Smith Apple if pears are not available)
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp. butter
- CREAM CHEESE:
- 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Monin Raspberry Puree

Instructions
- Preheat griddle or panini press to medium-high heat. Prepare the Raspberry cream cheese (see recipe).
- Assemble sandwiches in this order: Bread, raspberry cream cheese (both slices), Muenster, 1 slice on each slice of bread, 4 slices bacon, sliced pear or apple.
- Spread butter on top and bottom of sandwich and grill for 4-8 minutes (turning once), or until cheese is melted and top is golden brown.
- Soften the cream cheese as follows: Completely unwrap the cream cheese and remove the wrapper. Place the cream cheese on a microwaveable plate and microwave for 10 seconds on HIGH or until softened.
- In a medium bowl, combine the raspberry puree with the softened cream cheese and whisk until thoroughly combined and smooth.
