Madison has worked in the restaurant industry since she was 16 years old, gaining nearly a decade of bar and restaurant experience from entry-level roles to management. Along the way, she developed a strong foundation in hospitality, and also earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. Madison has always enjoyed creating cocktails and exploring new drink concepts, combining creativity behind the bar with a practical understanding of operations.
