Strawberry is my favorite of this new line of Unsweetened Monin syrups

"I purchased all three flavors: Mango, Hibiscus and Strawberry. Each takes some getting used to without the sweet side. I used some Strawberry TruFlavor to tone down a pitcher of over-sweetened Berry Iced Tea. It worked very well. I have used it in Matcha tea. The Strawberry taste is there but is not sweet. Looking forward to some Monin recipes in the future!"
