Ingredients

  • 1 chunk(s) jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin hickory smoke syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium silver tequila
  • 3 oz. 90 mL margarita/sour mix

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Salt rimmer, Lime peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Cap and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain into chilled serving glass.
  5. Garnish.
