At Monin, we work to cultivate quality relationships with our suppliers and support their efforts toward responsible business practices and sustainable agricultural and farming programs. Responsible sourcing starts by aligning and working with suppliers who share common values, ethics, and the desire to “do the right thing” always.

To ensure compatibility with Monin's mission and practices, each partnership requires the supplier to complete a full screening process. Additionally, many of our suppliers are audited by the Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA).

This audit is based on a premise of four pillars; Labor, Health and Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics to ensure the company is ethically compliant.
