Ingredients

• 2 oz. 60 mL premium gin
• 1 oz. 30 mL Yuzu Pineapple Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
