yuzu cherry spritz
Ingredients
- 15 ml Monin Cherry syrup
- 15 ml Monin Le Fruit Yuzu
- 8 ml fresh lemon juice
- 150 ml champagne or sparkling wine
Glass: Wine Glass
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Mint, Cherry, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
