Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Cherry syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 5 oz. 150 mL champagne or sparkling wine

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Cherry, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
