• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 4 oz. 120 mL tomato water
• 1 oz. 30 mL cucumber juice
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• Top with fresh cracked black pepper
