• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin exotic citrus syrup
• 2 pump(s) Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vodka
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL lemon
• 4 oz. 120 mL Vegetable Stock

Glass: Snifter

Glass Size: 9 oz.

Garnish: Cucumber slice(s)

Instructions

Heat ingredients in a soup pot on stove until simmering. Pour hot liquid into serving cup, stirring gently. Garnish and serve.
