Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL spiced rum
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL spiced dark rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Kiwi syrup
• 2 pump(s) passion fruit concentrated flavour
• 2 oz. 60 mL orange juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Hurricane / Smoothie glass

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Kiwi slice, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
