"Never had toasted marshmallow. But it was a wonderful delight. I like to put a little in my hot cocoa at night. And all of their Monin products are so much cheaper than what you buy on Amazon so do not go to Amazon get a much better variety and a better price. ."
"I got this to make a s’mores latte. The toasted marshmallow flavor is perfect. Even one pump of it is enough to change the flavor of my coffee and I don’t think you need the chocolate to get that s’mores type flavor. I definitely recommend it if you’re going to Chick-fil-A or Starbucks forget it. This is all you need."

While it’s not exactly the flavor of a toasted marshmallow, I think it’s probably as close as you can get in liquid form.
