Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL aged rum
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL cream of coconut
  • 2 oz. 60 mL pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
  • Top with
  • 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
