• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Apple syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL egg white
• Top with
• 5 drop(s) chocolate bitters
• 5 drop(s) chocolate bitter

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Thyme, Lemon twist

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
