• 3 pump(s) Monin Strawberry Concentrated Flavor
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin exotic citrus syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL filtered water
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL cream

Garnish: Lime zest, Strawberries, Lemongrass stick

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed.
2. Add ice cubes.
3. Cap and shake vigorously.
4. Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Garnish.
