Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Yuzu Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Coconut syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• Top with
• 1 oz. 30 mL club soda

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Basil sprig

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
