Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Purée
- 1/2 oz. Monin Vanilla syrup
- 1 oz. heavy cream
- 4 oz. club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Mint, Strawberries, Rhubarb
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
