strawberry passion fruit mojito
Ingredients
- 45 ml light rum
- 3 mL Monin Mint Concentrated Flavor
- 15 ml Monin Le Fruit Strawberry
- 15 ml Monin Passion Fruit syrup
- 23 ml fresh lime juice
- 4 ea. mint leaves
- 30 ml club soda
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Strawberries
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker filled with ice in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
