Ingredients

• 1/5 oz. 6 mL Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin blackberry fruit puree
• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL sparkling white wine

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Cucumber slice

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
