Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin spiced brown sugar syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pear syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. 30 mL aperitif
• 3 prosecco white wine

Glass: Rocks

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Star anise, Orange zest, Pear slice (s)

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Garnish and serve.
