Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL mezcal
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Glasco Lemon syrup
  • 1 oz. 30 mL Yuzu Purée
  • 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice

Glass: Specialty

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Lemon peel, Mint leaves

Instructions

Pour ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Fill serving glass with ice and add the ice into blender cup. Cap and blend until smooth. Pour back into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
