- 8 ml Monin hickory smoke syrup
- 8 ml Monin Le Fruit Black Cherry
- 3 dash(es) Tobacco Bitters
- 15 ml sweet vermouth
- 30 ml cognac
- 30 ml premium bourbon
- 30 ml filtered water

Instructions
- Combine MONIN flavouring(s) and 15 ml sparkling beverage in serving glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Fill with remaining sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
