Ingredients

• ice cubes
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL mescal
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Yuzu Purée

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Salt rimmer

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes.
4. Serve.
