Ingredients

• 1/2 mini sweet red pepper
• 1/2 mini sweet yellow pepper
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin habanero lime syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin hickory smoke syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL tequila
• 1 oz. 30 mL carrot juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL tomato nectar
• salt
• ice cubes

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Carrot, Pepper slice, Lemon peel, wheel or wedge

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
