Ingredients

  • 2 ea. pineapple
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin hickory smoke syrup
  • 1 ea. cherry(ies)
  • ice cubes
  • 2 dash(es) bitter
  • 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL bourbon

Glass: Rocks

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Lime peel, wheel or wedge, Palm frond

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle. Fill serving glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake, and pour back into serving glass. Top with ice, garnish, and serve.
