smoked pineapple mojito
Ingredients
- 2 wedge(s) Grilled pineapple slice(s)
- 8 leaf(ves) mint leaves
- 1 pump(s) Monin Ginger Concentrated Flavor
- 15 ml Monin hickory smoke syrup
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 45 ml light rum
- top club soda
Glass: Tall/Pint
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Lime peel, wheel or wedge
Instructions
- Fill serving glass full of ice.
- Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle.
- Fill mixing glass 2/3 full of ice and pour remaining ingredients in order listed.
- Cap, and shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
- Add garnish, and serve.
