Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. 37 1/2 mL premium bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL sweet vermouth
• 1 oz. 30 mL pineapple juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Salted Caramel syrup
• 3 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup(s) ice cubes

Glass: Any/Multiple

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Sea salt, Whipped cream, Monin caramel topping sauce, Smoked bourbon salt, Caramel candy

Instructions

Add ingredients into blender cup in order listed. Fill serving glass halfway with ice and add to blender. Cap and blend until smooth. Pour back into serving glass, garnish, and serve.
