"Monin syrups are the highest quality you can find anywhere. Rose syrup is an essential ingredient in a drop of love cocktail. 2oz Blanco Tequila 1oz Grand Marnier and 1oz Rose syrup. Add squeeze of lemon and shake over ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Enjoy."

How is Rose Syrup even a thing? I’m glad it is!

"Monin does a great job with creating flavors as closely to the food of interest using the least ingredients possible. That’s why I chose here to try out rose syrup. This rose syrup leaves an angelic flavor in my mouth and I never knew that was even possible. You can tell it’s definitely rose, but it’s not overpowering in the slightest. I use it in my matcha lattes for now (3/4 oz or three pumps to 3g of matcha dissolved in 100g of water and 1 cup of foamed milk)."
