Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL tequila
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Elder Flower syrup
• 1 pump(s) Monin passion fruit concentrated flavour
• 2 oz. 60 mL prosecco white wine

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Honey grapefruit cold foam, Firestick edible flower, Sprinkle of black lava salt

Instructions

Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice cubes. Stir to chill. Strain into a chilled glass.
