Ingredients

• Muddle
• 6 ea. mint leaves
• 1 ea. lime wedges
• 30 ml bergamot liqueur
• 15 ml Monin Pineapple Purée
• Top with
• 90 ml prosecco white wine
• 60 ml club soda

Glass: Wine Glass

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Pineapple

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients except sparkling beverage in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Serve.
