Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vanilla vodka
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Caramel syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin peppermint syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL espresso
• Top with
• Infused Cold Foam
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Caramel syrup
• 2 oz. 60 mL heavy whipping cream

Garnish: Candy cane

Instructions

In a glass filled with ice cubes, pour cold brew coffee. In a specific blender bowl for cold foam, pour milk and MONIN syrup. Mix with the appropriate program to get a nice cold foam. Pour in the glass to create a layer. Garnish and serve.
