Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium silver rum
• 2 pump(s) Monin pineapple concentrated flavour
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Mojito Mint syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 8 ea. mint leaves
• Top with
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Garnish: Lime slice, Pineapple, Mint leaves

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes. Serve.
